CLINICAL NEUROPHYSIOLOGY FELLOWSHIP
Applicants must have completed neurology training. The position provides experience in adult and child EMG, care and treatment of patients with neuromuscular disease through MDA clinics and EMG labs, EEG and Epilepsy with epilepsy clinic, long term video-EEG and subdural grid, monitoring a 4 bed unit and surgical epilepsy program, Sleep Disorders Unit, monitoring for spinal surgery, evoked potentials.
SLEEP MEDICINE FELLOWSHIP
Applicants must have completed neurology training. The position provides experience in adult and pediatric sleep medicine, including care of a broad spectrum of sleep disorders including obstructive sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, narcolepsy and circadian dysrythmias. Fellows take part in weekly continuity clinics as well as polysomnogram interpretation. Additional exposure to dentistry, ENT, EEG reading, gastric bypass surgery, and pulmonary medicine is also included. Please e-mail Dr. Sandra Block at sblock@thejni.org if interested in applying.

NEUIMAGING FELLOWSHIP
The position provides 12 months experience in MRI, MRA, MRS, diffusion, perfusion, cine, diffusion tensor MRI and quantified neuroimaging. Fellows will be involved in teaching medical students and residents, and in the ongoing research projects of the Department. Upon completion of this training fellows will meet requirements for certification from the American Society of Neuroimaging.
NEUROIMAGING MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS FELLOWSHIP
The position provides 18 month combined multiple sclerosis and neuroimaging experience. The experience in MS emphasizes clinical care and decision making including, clinical trails, and genomic measures of disease. The imaging portion stresses conventional MRI as well quantified MRI, MRS, MTR, and diffusion tensor imaging. Fellows will be involved in teaching medical students and residents, and in the ongoing research projects of the Department. Upon completion of this training fellows will meet the certification requirements of the American Society of Neuroimaging.
